4-H VOICE Meeting and Volunteer Training
November 10, 2009
What: 4-H VOICE Meeting and Volunteer Training
When: 6:30 p.m.
Where: Tulsa County OSU Extension Center
Who: All 4-H parents, volunteers and ambasadors are invited to attend.
Bring: Your favorite traditional family dish and recipe to share in honor of the Oklahoma 4-H Centennial. Also remember to bring your reusable 4-H promotional bag filled with non-perishable green food or food with a green label. A different local food pantry benefits from this VOICE Community Service Project each quarter, and a surprise competition will be held among those that participate!
Why: All 2009-20102 Tulsa County 4-H VOICE Committees will meet to work on plans for this year! If you are a certified volunteer, this meeting counts for one of the four required trainings per year to maintain your certification. You can also pick up the latest 4-H information and visit with volunteers and parents from other clubs. If one of your club goals is to be a Gold Banner Club, your club must be represented at all four quarterly VOICE meetings.
